This lead generation company has adopted a very aggressive acquisition policy (SEO and SEM). This results in a large number of prospective clients generated each day.
With my team, we have designed tools to speed-up the management, the qualification and the resale of all the leads received.
It is a platform to be used by employees of TMC in order to follow in real time the arrival of new leads then instantly recall and transfer them to a corresponding accountant.
A mobile application was also created for partner accountants. They can view information about their prospects, appointments that have been allocated to them and the satisfaction of their clients.
A very short time was given to design the mobile application. To quickly give us an overview of the kinematic, I used Flinto and created a prototype mobile from my static mockups.
